Stayed at Waterside for 4 nights in October. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy parking and stunning views over the river and fields. The room was spotlessly clean, with fast WiFi and quiet nights. It was a short walk to the town center and we enjoyed walks to the bird reserve and Camber Castle. Highly recommended!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions and had a wonderful view of the river. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Everything seemed recently purchased and meticulously clean, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
That the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Even though we prefer firm beds, this one was a bit too much.
